Oh, Do I Value My Sleep…
I love the piece I wrote for the Real-Life Health Diary in this month’s Health magazine.
I wrote it for all of us who have had a moment pretending we weren’t sleeping, or even lie and say we don’t sleep because putting our head on the pillow has somehow become a symbol of wasted time, a sheer luxury.
